Check-in time?

The check in time is any time after 3 PM. 

If you are coming by car, parking is located next to the hotel.

If you are coming before 3 PM, you can store your luggage at the reception and enjoy yourself in our wellness centre. 

Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11 AM. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time. Charges may apply. 

Is Reception open 24 hours?

Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

Which languages are spoken at Reception?

Italian, English, German and Croatian.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

We are in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence!

Our hotel is non-smoking. Please do not smoke inside the rooms. Feel free to smoke outdoor but remember to keep the area clean and free from cigarette butts!

We love animals, our hotel is pet friendly and pets are allowed in our rooms.
