Welcome to the Senses Wellness & Spa at Hotel Nautica. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, please follow the rules and guidelines below:

GENERAL RULES

• The wellness area is a quiet and relaxation zone. Please speak softly and respect the peace of other guests.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please shower before entering any saunas or the jacuzzi.
• Towels or robes must be used when sitting or lying on loungers and in the sauna.
• Reserving loungers with towels or personal items is not permitted.
• It is strictly forbidden to move the loungers outside of the indoor wellness area.
  

WELLNESS TOWEL CARD POLICY

• Wellness towels are available at the reception with the towel card provided at check-in. Please return towels to the wellness reception to get your card back. Towels can be exchanged daily using your card. On check-out, return all towels and cards to the reception. A €15 fee applies for lost cards.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the sauna and jacuzzi areas.

SAUNA AREA

• Sauna use is at your own risk. Individuals with health concerns (such as heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or pregnancy) should consult a doctor before use.
• Enter the sauna without swimwear, using a towel underneath for hygiene.
• Peeling treatments and the use of essential oils are not allowed inside the sauna.

JACUZZI RULES

• Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
• The recommended maximum time per session is 15 minutes.
• Swimwear must be worn in the jacuzzi.
• Diving, jumping, or loud behaviour is not allowed.

RELAXATION ROOM

• This is a silent zone intended for rest after wellness treatments.
• Please keep the door always closed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• Avoid loud noises or conversations out of respect for others.

HYGIENE & HEALTH

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use wellness facilities.
• Guests with contagious conditions or open wounds are kindly asked to refrain from using spa areas.
• Please report any malfunction or emergency to the hotel reception immediately.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• We advise leaving valuables in your hotel room or using designated lockers.
• Hotel Nautica is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

NOTE: To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, any violation of wellness rules may result in a penalty fee.
