Free Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available for bookings made under our Regular Rate up to 5 days before arrival, until 2:00 PM (CET).
Special Rates Conditions
You may also choose to book one of our special rates (such as Secret Deals, Special Offers, etc.), if available at the time of booking. Please note that different cancellation policies may apply to these rates, and are clearly stated in the rate description during the booking process.
Bookings with credit card
To confirm your reservation, a credit card (Maestro, MasterCard, or Visa) is required. By clicking “Confirm Reservation,” your credit card may be temporarily pre-authorized for €15.00 to verify its validity. This amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within a few days. If the pre-authorization fails, we will notify you. Should we be unable to charge your credit card, the reservation will be cancelled. After the free cancellation period, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If you cancel after this deadline, the charged amount will be retained. In the event of a no-show, we will also keep the entire reservation amount. Payment for all costs incurred during your stay will be settled at check-out at the reception, either by credit card or in cash. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro.
Reservation via bank transfer
A reservation via bank transfer is not possible if your planned arrival is within 10 days of making the reservation. If you do not have a credit card, you can secure your stay by making a prepayment of the total reservation amount. This payment must be completed within 14 days before arrival, and the reservation confirmation number should be noted on the payment receipt. The reservation will remain in a pending status until we receive your payment. Once the payment is confirmed, your reservation will be officially secured.
If the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, the reservation may be cancelled. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Online Payments
Online payments may be required for certain rates or special offers and it will be clearly indicated during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider. Hotel Nautica (represented by Sigma Poslovodstvo d.o.o.) uses Monri WSPay for online payments. Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, offering real-time payment processing via credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures safe entry and transfer of card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. The system uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection for data entry and transfer.

This policy applies to group reservations and outlines the payment, cancellation, and room reduction terms.
Payment Policy
- A 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required on the 44th day before arrival to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Terms
- 45+ days before arrival → Free cancellation.
- 44 to 30 days before arrival → 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid (non-refundable).
- 29 to 14 days before arrival → Full payment required, with the possibility of reducing the number of rooms (see reduction policy below).
- 13 days or less before arrival → No room reductions allowed; full payment is non-refundable.
Room Reduction Policy (Applicable from 29 to 14 days before arrival)
- 8 to 15 rooms → 1 room can be cancelled without charge
- 16 to 25 rooms → Up to 2 rooms can be cancelled without charge
- 26 to 35 rooms → Up to 3 rooms can be cancelled without charge
- 36 to 42 rooms → Up to 4 rooms can be cancelled without charge
All cancellations and room reduction requests must be submitted in writing. Any changes outside these terms will require full payment.
Hotel Nautica, represented by Sigma Poslovodstvo d.o.o., is committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only necessary basic data about customers/users that is required to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how the collected data is used, regularly give customers the option to choose whether or not to use their data, including the option to decide if they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept confidential and is only accessible to employees who need it to perform their duties. All employees of Hotel Nautica, represented by Sigma Poslovodstvo d.o.o., and business partners are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.
