This three-day event gathers passionate enthusiasts of extra virgin olive oil, olive growers, gourmets, and culinary experts from Croatia and beyond, offering a unique insight into the quality and dedication behind Istria’s “liquid gold.”
The ISTRAVIRGIN festival program includes:
