The aim of this Information is to provide all interested parties with all the necessary information about the way of processing and protection of personal data and rights regarding access to the website.

What data do we collect on these websites and why?

What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

VII. Rights of respondents
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the client has the following rights:
a) The right to access data
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and if we do, you have the right to receive the following information: information on the purpose of processing, on the category of personal data that we process, on the recipients or categories of recipients of the data that we process, on the expected period in which the data will be stored or criteria for determining that period, on the right to request correction, deletion and restriction of data processing, on the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, information on the source of the data if it was not collected from the client, information on the automated decision-making system, such as profile creation, on protective measures if the data is transferred to a third country. We provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed. If you submit the request electronically and do not indicate otherwise, we provide you with the information in the usual electronic form.
b) The right to correction and erasure. You have the right to obtain correction of incorrect data. You have the right to ask us to delete personal data relating to you if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed; the data subject withdraws the given consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; the data subject lodges an objection to the processing, and the legitimate reasons for the right to erasure have greater weight than the legitimate reasons of the controller for processing and/or storing personal data; they were processed illegally or personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal basis.
Please note that there are reasons that prevent immediate deletion, for example to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, which we will inform you about in detail in relation to each individual claim.
c) The right to restriction of processing. You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data: if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data during the period that allows us to verify the accuracy of that data, if the processing is unlawful but you object to its deletion and instead request a restriction of the use of that data, if we no longer need the data for the purposes processing, but you are requesting them for the purpose of establishing, realizing and defending legal claims, if you have filed an objection to the processing and are awaiting confirmation as to whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller exceed those of the data subject.
d) The right to data portability. You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller, if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means;
e) The right to object. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time, if the processing is based on our legitimate interests, including creating a profile or if we process your data for direct marketing purposes;
f) The right to complain – if you believe that by processing your personal data we have violated REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL or other regulations regarding the protection of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (in the Republic of Croatia, the supervisory authority is the Agency for protection of personal data) or a supervisory authority within the EU. Without questioning your right to complain, please contact us at the address indicated in the introduction before submitting a complaint in order to clarify disputed issues.
g) The right to withdraw consent – when processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without this affecting the legality of processing that was based on consent before it was withdrawn. You can do the above in the same way as you gave your consent, as well as via our e-mail. If you revoke your consent, we will no longer use it for the stated purposes.
h) The right to compensation for damages – if you have suffered (non)property damage due to the violation of relevant legal provisions, you have the right to compensation from us or the processor for the damage suffered.
i) The right to object to automated decision-making including profiling. The respondent has the right not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling.
j) Obligation to notify. The controller communicates any correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with Article 16, Article 17 paragraph 1 and Article 18 of the General Regulation to each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort . The controller informs the data subject about these recipients if the data subject requests it.
